Implementation: Preparation of materials that meet I.R.S. standards (in consultation with the client’s other professional advisors), employee communication materials, and preliminary anti-discrimination testing. Administration: As a Third Party Administrator, we provide Independent confirmation of the client’s Plan assets and liabilities; review of new regulatory opportunities/ requirements; advice upon request concerning changing the Plan to reflect current business needs; master report for the employer showing the status of all participant benefits; individual statement of benefits for participants; preparation and filing of statutory forms. Plan Termination: Complete Plan termination services, including required calculations, statutory filings and employee communication. We also work with the client to design a successor Plan that better reflects current business interests. Employer/Employee Communication: Includes Employee meetings to explain the client’s Plan features and answer questions; enrollment of employees; customizing the client’s administrative procedures; and drafting of the client’s Summary Plan Descriptions. Plan Corrections/ Consulting: For voluntary compliance programs under the IRS Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS) for tax qualified retirement plans; e.g. 401(k) and 403(b) Plans, as well as SEPs and SIMPLE IRAs. Also available for one-time special projects.
